Intel Organization

Office of the Chief of Staff

The Office of the Chief of Staff facilitates the director's goals and maintains a consistent flow of information between the director, the Office of the Assistant Secretary, staff, program offices and external partners, while also focusing on effective personnel management, recruitment, diversity, efficiency, training and marketing efforts.

Intelligence Operations Division (IOD)

The IOD is responsible for coordinating and providing intelligence support to ICE field offices. The Intel field organization includes 26 Field Intelligence Groups (FIGs) co-located with other ICE components in agency field offices throughout the country.

Intelligence Programs Division (IPD)

The IPD analyzes information and produces timely, and accurate intelligence products that support ICE components, DHS, and the law enforcement and intelligence communities. IPD units also work with the Intel FIGs to share information and expertise.

International Intelligence and Border Strategy Division (IIBS)

The IIBS develops and provides intelligence support and subject matter expertise that focuses on specific areas of the world where ICE has representation and areas that have significant levels of transnational criminal activity that affect ICE operations.

Collections Management and Requirements Division (CMRD)

The CMRD is responsible for coordinating the intelligence collection and reporting efforts within ICE to meet the needs of ICE, DHS and the law enforcement and intelligence communities.

Executive Information and Technology Division (EIT)

The EIT oversees the Office of Intelligence's information technology and security systems. The EIT is responsible for all classified and unclassified applications, systems and networks within Intel.

Mission Support Division (MSD)

The MSD consists of a cadre of professionals with management, administrative, financial and training expertise in support of the Intel mission.
