Robert Poe III, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested and charged with three counts of traveling to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity. He is the latest suspect to be charged in an international child pornography probe that has resulted in numerous arrests worldwide. Full Story

Aug. 29, 2012 – Leader of Internet piracy group 'IMAGiNE' pleads guilty to copyright infringement conspiracy

Following an investigation by HSI, a Portsmouth, Va., man pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiring to commit criminal copy infringement for his role in illegally obtaining and disseminating digital copies of copyrighted motion pictures showing in theaters. Full Story

Aug. 27, 2012 – Hong Kong jewelry exporter pleads guilty to customs fraud

A Hong Kong-based jewelry exporter pleaded guilty to customs fraud charges and is facing nearly $2 million in fine and restitution. The scheme was discovered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Regulatory Audit Unit and investigated by HSI. Full Story
