SYNOPSIS: In April 1993, the SAIC/Tucson initiated an investigation regarding bulletin board services (bbs) sales and sales of CD-ROM diskettes containing adult obscenity, bestiality and child pornography. The distributor was identified as PROFIT GROUP, in Ft. Lowell, Tucson, Arizona. The investigation revealed that the chief corporate officers were David Creamer and Shirley THOMPSON. Creamer was indicted in December 1997 and remains a Customs Fugitive. |
