SYNOPSIS:
In July 1995, Customs received a tip alleging the transportation of stolen property out of the U.S. Subsequent investigation revealed the suspect and shipper to be Mohamad Tabbara, doing business as A-Z International from Huntington Beach, California. Four containers shipped by Tabbara were examined by Customs Inspectors, seven stolen vehicles, stolen office equipment, and furniture were recovered. Both new and used personal effects were also recovered by the search.

Tabbara has been indicted for prosecution under Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2312 and 2314, Transportation of Stolen Vehicles and Transportation of Stolen Goods. Tabbara remains a Customs fugitive.
