SEVIS Release 5.10 Batch System Changes

This document describes the SEVIS Release 5.10 Batch system changes. SEVIS Release 5.10, targeted for an early August 2008 Production environment implementation, includes system changes that will affect both F/M Schools and J Program Sponsors utilizing Batch File Transfer Processing.

SEVISTable.xsd for Release 5.10
(New)

This XSD file is being provided in advance of the upgrade to Release 5.10 to allow Batch schools, programs, and vendors to make necessary modifications to handle the updated table. During the upgrades of both the Beta Testing and Production environments to Release 5.10, this table will be placed in the correct schema locations for each environment. Please note that the SEVISTable.xsd is the only schema file that will be updated with Release 5.10.

Blank Tag Matrix - June 2005
The Blank Tag Matrix provides full schema details regarding the use of uploading blank (null) tags while using the SEVIS Batch Interface. This document illustrates which XML tags can be uploaded with null values and also those where no XML tag is necessary to achieve a successful upload into the system.
