SEVIS II Requirements Feedback Sessions at the NAFSA Annual Conference

The detailed requirements for that portion of SEVIS II functionality that deals with the functions uses to support P/DSOs are being determined May to August. So SEVP is taking the opportunity to solicit input from school officials (P/DSOs) who are attending the NAFSA Conference. NAFSA has generously agreed to provide space for these sessions. We will be looking at four areas and holding two sessions for each area to allow the maximum number of schools to participate. However, space is limited do advance sign-up is required. You will be able to register on site at the SEVP booth (booth 648) in the expo hall.

You may also sign up by e-mail for up to two sessions by writing to sevis.source@dhs.gov. Put “SEVIS II Feedback NAFSA” in the subject line and indicate the date and time of the session you wish to attend. We also need your name, school, and e-mail address.

These sessions are designed as working sessions to focus on specific aspects of SEVIS II and will NOT give you an overview of SEVIS II. NAFSA is hosting a separate SEVIS II session on Wednesday, May 27 from 1:45 am to 3:00pm. We strongly encourage everyone who is interested in an overview of SEVIS II to participate in that session.
