On Nov. 12, 2018, the East Brunswick Township, New Jersey, Police Department arrested the subject for Aggravated Assault, Strangle, Domestic Violence. ICE lodged a detainer on Krasnoshekov with the Middlesex County Jail on Nov. 13, 2018, but the detainer was not honored, and he was released into the community. On June 21, 2019, the subject was convicted in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, for the offense of Aggravated Assault – Attempt/Cause, in the Third Degree, in violation of NJSA 2C:12-1(b)(7). He was sentenced to five years’ probation and was fined $1775.00. He was arrested by ICE in New Jersey on Sept. 22, 2019, and is currently in ICE custody.
