The National security liaisons (NSL) are senior Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) personnel who support the larger HSI mission and work directly with the National Security Council and senior leadership throughout the interagency to provide a comprehensive, centralized approach toward information sharing and coordination on all counterterrorism related issues. The NSL facilitates the integration of counterterrorism activities and the efficient sharing of information to increase operational effectiveness within the agency, the interagency and foreign counterparts as well as fosters partnerships to develop joint countermeasures and promote joint capacity building in furtherance of the U.S. government counterterrorism mission.

NSL aims to create partnerships and cooperative working relationships with other agencies to coordinate investigative activities and assist in accomplishing larger HSI missions.

To report suspicious activity, call 1-866-DHS-2-ICE (1-866-347-2423; TTY for hearing impaired: 802-872-6196) or complete ICE HSI's tip form.
