According to court documents, Jose Edgardo Diaz-Ramos, 36, is a native and citizen of Honduras. Prior to his previous removal, Diaz-Ramos was convicted of a violent felony in California of willful infliction of corporal injury on a spouse. In 2014, after serving a sentence of six years in prison, Diaz-Ramos was deported at taxpayer expense for a fourth time. Sometime thereafter, Diaz-Ramos illegally reentered the United States again.

Salvadoran law enforcement authorities issued an arrest warrant in November 2010 for Oscar Giovanni Castro, 32. He is wanted in El Salvador for allegedly murdering an individual Dec. 9, 2004. They also issued an arrest warrant in December 2009 for Jose Mario Solis, 28. He is wanted in El Salvador for allegedly raping a child or disabled person.

Mohamed Admed Hassan Abdallah Omran, 38, of Egypt, was found guilty of two counts of failure to depart for resisting removal after final deportation orders. The defendant’s trial started Wednesday and ended Thursday with the jury returning the guilty verdict after deliberating for 10 minutes.

A Central African Republic citizen was convicted in federal court Tuesday on two felony charges of obstructing his removal from the United States. ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations attempted to deport the man on two separate occasions, Nov. 14, 2011 and March 13, 2012, but each time he resisted ICE officers with physical force.
