June 7, 2013 – ICE deports Malian man convicted of supporting Colombian narco terror group

A Malian man convicted in U.S. federal court for providing material support to a Colombian narco-terrorist group was deported and turned over to Malian authorities Wednesday by agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Phoenix. Full Story

June 3, 2013 – Upstate New York man extradited to Bosnia-Herzegovina to stand trial for murder and torture

The United States has extradited a Utica, N.Y., man to Bosnia-Herzegovina May 31 to stand trial there for charges relating to the torture and murder of one prisoner of war and the torture of another during the Bosnian War. The extradition is the result of an extensive investigation led by HSI. Full Story
