During an operation dubbed Foxhound, ICE HSI special agents, working jointly with other federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, conducted simultaneous takedowns Wednesday in the municipalities of Manati, Barceloneta and Florida, as well as in New York, Florida and Connecticut.
