U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) turned over a Jamaican national, who was wanted in his home country for criminal homicide charges, to the country's law enforcement authorities. Full story

March 28, 2012 — Mexican national indicted for selling fraudulent documents

A Mexican man, residing in Lowville, N.Y., was charged in a five-count indictment for transferring false documents, possessing false Social Security cards and a false alien registration card, trafficking in false identification, and assaulting and resisting an ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agent. March 28, 2012 — South Texas man sentenced to 17 ½ years for receiving child pornography
