ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents found the three men living in the basement during the execution of a search warrant at the restaurant in March 2011.

Gregory Davis of North Tonawanda, N.Y. pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography due to 100 images and 60 videos of child pornography found on his computer. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. The investigation is being conducted by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
