Officers from ERO Boston arrested Jorge Luis Castro-Alvarado Aug. 1 in Lynn.
ERO Boston apprehended an unlawfully present 18-year-old Haitian national charged with sexually assaulting a minor in Massachusetts. ERO Boston officers arrested Akim Marc Desire Aug. 30 in Attleboro.
Dilrabo Obidova, 36, was sentenced to a time-served sentence reflecting the time Obidova was detained pending trial and ordered immediate deportation to Uzbekistan with no option to apply for asylum or any other immigration relief.
An unlawfully present, 50-year-old Dominican national apprehended by ERO Boston has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison for unlawfully reentering the United States after removal. Felix Reinardo Nunez-Guerrero received the 30-month federal prison sentence July 15 at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
ICE ERO Houston, with assistance from ERO El SAFE Task Force, removed Alexis Bladimir Canizales Romero, a 27-year-old unlawfully present Salvadoran fugitive and MS-13 gang member, from the United States Aug. 30. Canizales is wanted in El Salvador for aggravated femicide, aggravated homicide and unlawful association (gang membership).
Officers from ERO Boston arrested Warley Neto Aug. 23 at the Dukes County Superior Court in Edgartown.
On Aug. 28, ERO Philadelphia arrested Ramon Campidelis-Correia, a 28-year-old citizen of Brazil, at his residence in Philadelphia.
Those included removal flights to Brazil, Cameroon, Central America, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Jamaica, Liberia and Mexico.
Maribel Martinez Garcia, a 40-year-old unlawfully present Mexican national who has been removed from the United States on four prior occasions, was arrested by ERO Houston fugitive operations officers at a residence in North Houston Thursday morning.
Officers with ERO Boston arrested Bryam Saraguro Ramon July 27 in North Dartmouth.
ICE ERO Houston field office, with assistance from ERO Guatemala and the SAFE Task Force, removed Jiuver Alexander Esquivel Florian, a 42-year-old, three-time deported Guatemalan fugitive, from the United States Aug. 26.
ERO New York City arrested a noncitizen Aug. 20 wanted in the Dominican Republic for homicide charges. The individual was arrested outside his residence in Long Island. He was apprehended by ERO officers after a brief foot pursuit.
ERO Boston apprehended a Mexican national wanted by authorities in his home country for aggravated homicide. Officers with ERO Boston’s Hartford field office arrested the 42-year-old Mexican noncitizen Aug. 20 in Seymour.
Those included removal flights to Albania, Central America, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Georgia, Mexico, Peru, Romania, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

Deportation officers from ERO New York City removed Oliver Boswell and Kathleen Boswell from the United States to Ireland Aug. 20 and turned them over to the Irish national police.
Officers from ERO Baltimore’s Fugitive Operations Team arrested Walter Romeo Saloj-Pecher Aug. 14 in Hyattsville. Saloj has also been charged with another assault and robbery.
The warrants are related to ICE’s Title 8 authority over noncitizens who threaten public safety and have previously been removed from the United States.
Deportation officers with ERO Boston arrested Yao Zhang July 5 in Medford.
ERO New York City’s Long Island officers and officers from the U.S. Marshals’ New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested the previously removed 42-year-old noncitizen pursuant to a criminal arrest warrant outside his residence in Elmont.
