An antiques dealer, David Hausman, pleaded guilty Tuesday to obstruction of justice and creating false records, in relation to illegal rhinoceros horn trafficking. The guilty plea comes as a result of an investigation which included ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) among the investigating agencies.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the so-called 'underwear bomber,' pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to eight counts of terrorism-related charges. As Flight 253 was on descent on Christmas day, 2009 into Detroit Metropolitan Airport, the defendant detonated a bomb in his underwear, which resulted in a fire, but otherwise did not fully explode.

The search warrant was the culmination of an 18-month investigation. Based on previous investigative work, agents expected 30-40 individuals to attend the event and suspected a portion of those attendees to be illegal aliens. Upon execution of the state search warrant, agents encountered an overwhelming 134 people attending the event, 120 were taken into custody. Numerous people attempted to flee the scene on foot which made the assistance of CBP Air an integral part in apprehending suspects.

Gussoni and his fiancée Amber Bass, a nurse practitioner, were driving along I-10 in Cochise County, Arizona, on their way to have lunch with a retired HSI special agent May 30. Traffic began to slow, and when they came around the bend, the couple saw why. A Jeep had flipped over, was on its roof and smoke was pouring out of it.
