Readout of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement meeting with National Sheriffs’ Association leadership

WASHINGTON – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director Patrick J. Lechleitner yesterday met with National Sheriffs’ Association Vice President Sheriff Kieran Donahue and Homeland Security Committee Chair Sheriff Mike Chapman to engage in ongoing collaboration between the two organizations. Partnership between law enforcement organizations ultimately helps to further protect and serve the communities we live and work in.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement engages with stakeholders nationwide, including state, local, tribal, territorial governments, elected officials, and law enforcement, the private sector, faith-based organizations and colleges and universities.
