ICE Dallas arrested Diego Jahir Pasos-Ruiz, a 22-year-old Mexican criminal alien on July 21. He’s been convicted of aggravated meth trafficking in Oklahoma.
Greg Samuel
ICE San Francisco arrested Greg Samuel, 46, of the Federated States of Micronesia, on July 21. This criminal alien has been convicted of aggravated assault in Guam.
Alfredo Leon-Palma
ICE Atlanta arrested Alfredo Leon-Palma, a 42-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on July 21. He’s been convicted of first-degree rape and first-degree sex offenses against a child in North Carolina.
Oscar Ramos
ICE Atlanta arrested Oscar Ramos, a 42-year-old criminal alien from El Salvador, on July 21. He’s been convicted of indecent liberties with a child in North Carolina.
Hugo Candido-Bolanos
ICE Salt Lake City arrested Hugo Candido-Bolanos, a 50-year-old Salvadoran criminal alien, on July 21. His convictions include drug trafficking, robbery and violations of the RICO Act in Nevada.
Miguel Francisco Mora-Nunez
ICE New York arrested Miguel Francisco Mora-Nunez, a criminal alien from the Dominican Republic, on July 20. He allegedly shot a CBP officer during a botched robbery and has been arrested for various larceny charges, reckless driving, second- and third-degree assault with intent to cause serious physical injury and disobeying a bench warrant in New York. He also has an active warrant in Massachusetts for robbery and kidnapping with a firearm. He was ordered removed in 2024.
Cristhian Aybar Berroa
ICE New York arrested Cristhian Aybar-Berroa, a 23-year-old criminal alien from the Dominican Republic, on July 20. He’s been arrested for grand larceny, possession of stolen property, second-degree harassment with physical contact, and second-degree reckless endangerment in New York. He was ordered removed from the U.S. in 2023.
Sakir Akkan
ICE Buffalo arrested Sakir Akkan, 22, of Turkiye. He’s been convicted of raping a person incapable of consent in New York.
Henry Jose Marquez
ICE Los Angeles arrested Henry Jose Marquez, a 55-year-old criminal alien from Venezuela, on July 19. He’s been convicted of smuggling cocaine in Florida.
Jovinnel Giron Meneses
ICE Boston arrested Jovinnel Giron Meneses, age 29, on July 19. This Filipino national has been convicted of aggravated rape of a child, rape of a child with force, four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 in Massachusetts.
Juan Ramirez-Velasquez
ICE Philadelphia arrested Juan Ramirez-Velasquez, 27, of Guatemala, on July 19. This criminal alien has been convicted of raping a child under the age of 12 in Delaware.
Emmanuel Evariste
ICE Atlanta arrested Emmanuel Evariste, 39, a Haitian criminal alien, on July 19. He’s been convicted of conspiracy with intent to distribute cocaine in Massachusetts.
Jose Angel Zelaya
ICE Washington, D.C. arrested Jose Angel Zelaya, 48, of El Salvador April 29. Spotsylvania, Virginia, police arrested him Oct. 17, 2018, for felony malicious wounding after a stabbing incident. He served three years following his conviction and was released June 5, 2020. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
Jose Arinaga-Ramirez
ICE Dallas arrested Jose Arinaga-Ramirez, a criminal alien from Mexico who’s been convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in Texas. Officers arrested the 58-year-old man July 18.
Chue Vue
ICE Los Angeles arrested Chue Vue July 18. This 37-year-old criminal alien from Laos has been convicted of attempted murder and seven counts of assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm) that produced great bodily injury in California.
Gil Salinas-Anaclo
ICE Philadelphia arrested Gil Salinas-Anaclo, a 35-year-old criminal alien from Peru, on July 18. He’s been convicted of larceny in Pennsylvania.
Ivan Avalo
ICE Boston arrested Ivan Avalo, 33, of the Dominican Republic April 29. Avalo has been convicted of fentanyl trafficking and possession to distribute heroin in Lawrence, Mass. He remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
Alan Daneri Amaya-Lopez
ICE Dallas arrested Alan Daneri Amaya-Lopez, 39, of Honduras on July 14. He was convicted of sexual intercourse with a minor in Santa Ana, California.
Andrez Hernandez-Lopez
ICE Newark arrested Andrez Hernandez-Lopez, a member of the Surenos criminal organization, on July 14. He has a prior conviction for disorderly conduct in New Jersey and was ordered removed from the U.S. on Nov. 8, 2021.
Geraldo Lunas-Campos
ICE Buffalo arrested Geraldo Lunas-Campos on July 14. This Cuban national’s criminal history includes convictions of sexual abuse of a child under 11, possession of a firearm and aggravated assault with a weapon.
Jose De Leon Padilla
ICE New Orleans arrested Jose De Leon Padilla, 45, of El Salvador, on July 14. His criminal history includes convictions for raping a child, statutory rape as an authority figure, and aggravated sexual battery of a victim under the age of 18.
Omar Gallegos-Garcia
ICE New Orleans arrested Omar Gallegos-Garcia, 47, of Mexico, on July 14. His criminal history includes a conviction for assault in Chattanooga, Tenn., and he’s a member of the dangerous transnational criminal organization MS-13.
Edgar Ismael Gomez Lara
ICE Houston arrested Edgar Ismael Gomez Lara on July 14. Gomez Lara is a 31-year-old citizen of Mexico convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Harris County, Texas.
Jorge Luis Prado-Prado
ICE El Paso arrested Jorge Luis Prado-Prado, a 40-year-old Venezuelan citizen, on July 14. He’s been arrested for assault in Midland, Texas, in the past.
Cristian E. Ortiz
ICE Buffalo arrested Cristian E. Ortiz, a 32-year-old Colombian citizen, on July 14. Ortiz has been convicted of possessing a forged instrument in New York.
Antonio Jose De Abreui Vidal Filho
ICE Boston arrested Antonio Jose De Abreu Vidal Filho, a 31-year-old criminal alien from Brazil, on July 14. De Abreu has an arrest warrant in Brazil for convictions on 11 counts of homicide, three counts of attempted homicide, three counts of physical torture and mental torture. He’s been sentenced to 275 years and 11 months in prison.
