According to the indictment, Stille Giovanni Guiterrez Vivanco, 34, is alleged to have led this international drug trafficking organization. “Cell heads” included Jose Garcia, 36, of Tulsa, and Edson Garcia-Velasquez, 25, of Tulsa. Norman Fabian Huerta Avalos, 36, served in various capacities, including coordinating assignments for other organization members and serving as dispatch.

Hardeep Singh, 23, formerly of Kent, was convicted in absentia of conspiracy to distribute Ecstasy after he fled following the first day of his trial. Singh was arrested last year in Canada and extradited to the U.S. to face sentencing.

U.S. District Judge Reed C. O’Connor sentenced Juan Leonardo Tello, 50, of Dallas, Texas, to 180 months in federal prison. In May 2017, Judge O’Connor sentenced the following three co-defendants to federal prison sentences for their roles in this methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy: Jackie Eugene Clayton, 38, to 235 months in federal prison; Juan Carlos Lopez, 53, to 100 months in federal prison; and Rudy Roman Ramirez, 45, to 135 months.

Senior U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings sentenced Leopoldo Herrera-Gandara, aka “Polo,” 33 of Arch, New Mexico, to 121 months in federal prison. Herrera-Gandara pleaded guilty in August to one count of distribution and possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

Sergio Heredia, aka Keko, aka Sobrino, of Piedras Negras, Mexico, was sentenced Jan. 26 to 180 months in federal prison. Heredia pleaded guilty in August 2015 to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine.

Zavala appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Ronald Morgan Dec. 15 and was formally charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 1000 kilograms of marijuana and bribery of a public official.

Rivas, 35, of San Francisco, furnished multi-ounce quantities of high purity methamphetamine, known as “ice” and “crystal meth,” to a California drug supplier, who, in turn, mailed the drugs to local distributors in the Pensacola area. In September 2014, Rivas pleaded guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with conspiracy.

Operation Blood Klot, a joint investigation that began in April 2015, focused on the trafficking of drug and firearms in Kingston and Poughkeepsie, a scheme led by alleged Bloods gang street boss, Recardo Langston, 31, Romell Hearn, 37 and Marcus Fisher, 39. The individuals listed in the indictment are alleged gang members who have pledged allegiance to violent street gangs like the G-Shine and Sex, Money, Murder, cliques of the Bloods gang.
