ICE Houston arrested Carlos Salvador Chacon Franco, a 31-year-old sexual predator from Honduras, on Sept. 29. He's been convicted of sexually assaulting a child in Smith County, Texas, and was sentenced to five years in prison. 

ICE Dallas arrested Cipriano Duarte-Hernandez, a 39-year-old violent criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 29. He's been arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and recently made threats against ICE officers and has featured photos with guns on social media.

ICE Baltimore arrested Audias Sanchez, a 48-year-old criminal alien from El Salvador, on Sept. 29. He has a final order of removal dated May 17, 2021. He's been convicted of negligent manslaughter with a vehicle in Rockville, Maryland, and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

ICE Atlanta arrested Jose Sanchez-Martinez, a 42-year-old violent criminal alien from El Salvador, on Sept. 29. He's been convicted of felony assault with intent to kill while armed in Washington, D.C., and he was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

ICE Atlanta arrested Isidro Garcia-Gomez, a 56-year-old sexual predator from Mexico, on Sept. 28. He's been convicted of committing a first-degree sex offense against a child and indecent liberties with a child in Wake County, North Carolina. He was sentenced to between 12 and 19 years in prison.

ICE New York City arrested Luis Hernan Sumba Sumba, a 35-year-old Ecuadoran criminal alien, on Sept. 28. He has pending charges for first-degree felony rape, acting in a manner to injure a child, and criminal mischief (disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call to police, fire or EMTs).

ICE New Orleans arrested Leonel Alejandro Garcia-Hinojosa, a 56-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 28. He's been convicted of felony burglary and was sentenced to four years in prison for it. He's also been arrested for drunk driving, drug possession, trespassing and receiving stolen property.

ICE Philadelphia arrested Maximiliano Perez-Perez, a 33-year-old criminal alien from Guatemala, on Sept. 28. He's been convicted of multiple DUIs and a hit-and-run in Delaware; he's also been arrested for impersonation.

ICE Los Angeles arrested Alejandro Fuerte-Calderon, a 55-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 27. He’s been convicted of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse in Santa Barbara, Calif., and obstructing/resisting an officer and vandalism in Santa Barbara, Calif.

ICE San Antonio arrested Adan Morreno-Martinez, a 46-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 27. He’s been convicted of driving while intoxicated in Lawrenceville, Georgia and sentenced to 45 days in jail.

ICE Philadelphia arrested Melvin Guiakora, a 29-year-old sexual predator from the Central African Republic, on Sept. 27. He’s been convicted of sexual solicitation of a minor in Washington County, Maryland.

ICE Houston arrested Jose Elias Mejia-Orellana, a 37-year-old sexual predator from Honduras, on Sept. 26. He’s been convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child under age 14 in Collin County, Texas and was sentenced to five years in prison.

ICE San Francisco arrested Phien Khamsavang, a 43-year-old criminal alien from of Thailand, on Sept. 26. He’s been convicted of attempted murder in Tehama, Calif. and was sentenced to nine years in prison.

ICE San Antonio arrested Alfonso Sanchez-Elorza, a 57-year-old citizen criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 26. He’s been convicted of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in Boise, Idaho and was sentenced to 176 months in prison.

ICE San Antonio removed Francisco de la Cruz, a 37-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 26. He’s been convicted of burglary of a habitation in Dallas, Texas and was sentenced to 8 years in prison.

ICE Newark arrested Jorge German Aglony, a 66-year-old criminal alien from Chile on, Sept. 26. He’s been convicted of inflicting pain and suffering on dependent adult or elder, being receipt of child pornography, possession of child pornography, petty theft, hit and run with property damage, and driving under the influence.

ICE Buffalo arrested Carlos Romero Obregon, a 24-year-old violent criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 25. He’s been convicted of attempted gang assault in Queens, New York and was sentenced to two years in prison.

ICE Houston arrested Ronaldo Munoz Portilla, a 36-year-old violent sexual predator from Mexico, on Sept. 25. He’s been convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 in Dallas County, Texas, and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

ICE Salt Lake City arrested Kingsley Ariegwe, a 58-year-old sexual predator from Nigeria, on Sept. 25. He’s been convicted of attempted sexual intercourse without consent in Montana.

ICE Washington arrested Elvin Humberto Madrigal-Calero, a 33-year-old criminal alien from Nicaragua, on Sept. 25. He’s been convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Pulaski County, Virginia and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

ICE Philadelphia arrested Humberto Angulo Mero, a 37-year-old criminal alien from Ecuador, on Sept. 24. He’s been convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine while aboard a vessel subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and was sentenced to 98 months in prison.

ICE New Orleans arrested Domingo Rafael-Bautista, a 23-year-old sexual predator from Guatemala, on Sept. 24. He’s been convicted of statutory rape in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was sentenced to two years of probation.

ICE Houston arrested Jaime Mendez-Bolanos, a 41-year-old violent criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 24. He’s been convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Bexar County, Texas, and was sentenced to seven years in prison.

ICE New Orleans arrested Erika Selene Franco, a 34-year-old violent criminal alien from Mexico, on Sept. 24. She’s been convicted of domestic aggravated assault in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in prison.

ICE Newark arrested Jose Ambiory Nunez, a 55-year-old criminal alien from Dominican Republic, on Sept. 24. He’s been convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute heroin in New York and was sentenced to 120 months in prison followed by five years supervised release.

ICE Buffalo arrested Eduardo Pelaez Martinez, a 31-year-old sexual predator from Mexico, on Sept. 24. He’s been convicted of criminal sexual act in Goshen, New York, and was sentenced to two years in prison.
