Alberto Abelardo Pulido-Garcia, 46, was arrested by ICE officers without incident in West Valley, Utah, Oct. 25, 2019. Pulido-Garcia is a fugitive wanted for murder in Mexico.

Sergio Amador-Olive, 37, from Mexico, was arrested April 28 at his Salt Lake City residence. Amador-Olive had a warrant for his arrest for failing to register as a sex offender. As an illegal alien with multiple state and federal convictions, he is also an ICE priority for immigration enforcement.

Nuri Liseth Aquino-Torres (Brown), 28, was transported on board a charter flight coordinated by ERO’s Air Operations Unit and turned over to Salvadoran authorities Wednesday afternoon at the international airport outside San Salvador.

Those arrested had criminal histories that included convictions for the following crimes: driving under the influence (DUI), burglary, resisting officer, making a false report, hit and run, obstructing a police officer, forgery, damage property, cocaine possession, assault, shoplifting, narcotic equipment possession, simple assault, amphetamine possession, dangerous drugs (heroin), carrying a concealed weapon, and controlled substance distribution.

Kenneth Lewellyn Flowers, 36, was transported by commercial air from Salt Lake City Thursday under escort by ERO officers to his home country and turned over to Belizean authorities for questioning.

Denis Ivan Ortez, 35, a criminal alien from Honduras, was taken into ICE custody Jan. 7 after being pulled over for a traffic violation by the Utah Highway Patrol. Ortez, was convicted of spousal rape in April 2012, in Los Angeles, California, and sentenced to 3 years in state prison.

All of the foreign nationals targeted by ICE ERO officers during last week's enforcement action had prior criminal convictions. Many had criminal histories that included convictions for serious or violent offenses, such as child sex crimes and assault.

According to Honduran officials, Marco Antonio Argueta-Rubio, 23, allegedly forced a 13-year-old girl into his vehicle, transported her to a motel and raped her. In June 2016, Argueta-Rubio was apprehended in the Texas Rio Grande Valley while attempting to illegally enter the United States. In July, Honduran officials issued a warrant of arrest for Argueta-Rubio after he failed to report for court proceedings.

Santiago Sierra-Sanchez was taken to the hospital early Saturday morning after Utah County Jail officials found him unresponsive in the jail's medical unit. He was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he was declared dead by doctors at approximately 4:20 a.m. The official cause of death will be determined by the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner.

Jose Yobani Hernandez-Sanches, also known as Jose Antonio Hernandez-Rangel, 26, was illegally present in the United States. He is accused of multiple homicides that occurred in and around Piedras Negras, Coahuila de Zaragoza, Mexico. Hernandez-Sanches, was escorted by ICE officers to the U.S.-Mexico border at Laredo, Texas, and transferred to Mexican authorities Sept. 26.
