Management and Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst you will serve as an analyst and advisor to management on the effectiveness of programs and operations and/or the productivity and efficiency of your assigned organizational component. Using your knowledge of the programs, policies, analytical and evaluative methods, gained through experience in the position, you will provide objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of operations and management. In some cases, you may also get involved with basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long-range planning of programs and objectives. The work involves application of fact-finding and investigative techniques, oral and written communications, and development of presentations and reports. Your work is performed in a capacity that supports the accomplishment of the mission of the component in which the position is located and ultimately the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) mission.
