The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) works to effectively manage ICE’s physical and financial resources and provides key financial services to other government components. We allocate resources to ICE’s operational components by implementing best practices and linking strategic planning, budgeting and program performance to financial decision making.


To resource and enable the ICE mission, while providing sound stewardship through the dedication and professionalism of our financial, budgetary and asset management workforce.
